Julie Laten is nothing short of amazing. Our quest to find a new house in Alabama was both challenging and complicated due to a number of factors. She was extremely accessible, caring, highly aware of the environment and very proactive which helped us to get our offer in on the perfect house that met all our criteria in a very competitive market. This quick and diligent reaction resulted in the offer being accepted quickly to secure the house and to allow us to work through a complicated mortgage process. As I was remote an unable to go through the property, she worked directly with my daughter who was local to the area and treated her like family as we worked through the process. I honestly couldn't imagine working with anyone else and highly recommend anyone who wants honest, candid communication and responsiveness to contact Julie and work with Crye-Leike.
